You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, scrape content at scale without permission, or use the Site to transmit malicious code or unsolicited communications.
Articles, guides, denial-code references, place-of-service references, calculators, and other resources on this Site are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, coding, or compliance advice, and they are not a substitute for guidance from qualified professionals or official payer policies. Use of our free tools and calculators is at your own risk; results are estimates only.
Descriptions of our medical billing, credentialing, revenue cycle management, and IT/software development services on this Site are for general information. Actual engagements are governed by a separate written services agreement (and, where PHI is involved, a Business Associate Agreement) signed by both parties. In case of any conflict between these Terms and a signed services agreement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, page designs, tools, and code — are owned by LegitMedBilling or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view, download, and print content for your own internal business use. You may not republish, sell, or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written consent. Third-party trademarks referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and may display third-party advertising. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites or advertisers. A link or advertisement does not imply our endorsement.
The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LegitMedBilling and its members, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or its content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability arising out of the use of the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). Liability arising from signed service engagements is governed by the applicable services agreement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LegitMedBilling from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
